Processing & Fulfillment
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing prior to shipment. Orders are packaged with the highest standards to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
For the protection of product quality and hygiene standards, all candle and fragrance sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have left our studio.

Damaged Shipments

Design Approval
Once you have approved the design in writing, the engraving process begins. Please carefully review spelling, grammar, design placement, and all details before submitting your approval.

Refunds & Cancellations
Because each piece is created exclusively for you, no refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made after final design approval.

Production Timeline
Custom engraving orders typically require 5–10 business days following approval. Rush services may be available upon request.


👕 Custom T-Shirt & Apparel Design Policy

Design Submission
All custom apparel requests must include written details specifying design, text, placement, colors, and any personalization required.

Proofing & Authorization
A design proof will be sent to you for review prior to printing. Final production begins only after written approval is received. This ensures that your vision is translated with excellence and accuracy.

Final Sale Policy
Once an order is approved and enters production, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Esinedy Creations is not responsible for errors or omissions approved in the final proof.

Production Timeline
Please allow 7–14 business days after approval for completion of custom apparel. Timelines may vary during peak seasons.
